CLEAN COAT
This is a totally different concept in lubrication. Unlike flake waxes, the product is designed to be effective over the wide range of working temperatures used in modern laundries, from relatively low temperatures of steam calenders to high temperatures of the new thermal oil heated calenders. It has also been developed to minimize the residual effects of the new chemical components in current cleaning agents, bleaches and other additives.
CLEANCOAT not only creates a lubricating coating on the calender pan (a coating that allows perfect heat transfer), but also contains a cleaning agent that prevents the formation of chemical deposits. CLEANCOAT does not carbonize in the pan.
CLEAN PASTE FOR CALENDERS
CLEANPASTE is a new concept in calender maintenance. Regardless of the type of wax or lubricant used, due to the combination of heat, lint residue, alkali, charred wax powder residue, it is always possible for deposits to appear in the tray.
These deposits accumulate primarily between the trough and the bridge, where clothing does not touch the metal. CLEANPASTE has been designed to eliminate these residues, without any mechanical action such as abrasives or steel wool. It meets all quality and safety standards because it does not contain any abrasive component or abrasive chemical solvents. It can be used from once a week to every day, depending on the quality level of the laundry.
CLEAN PRESS FOR PRESSES AND CALENDERS
CLEANPRESS is a unique combination of power cleaner and wax. It is used where an energetic action is required, such as the presses and the entrance of the calender trays. Contains an exclusive abrasive that leaves no trace on metal or aluminum. Eliminates all residues: alkalis, starch, carbonized wax, accumulations of fluff and others. Due to its use on hot surfaces, it requires the use of safety gloves and suitable protective equipment.
